Maryland, work, and Sarah

The girls and I are coming to Maryland! I think we are going to be there for at least a couple of weeks. Betty is sending us out so we are looking forward to the summer. I think it's very amazing and awesome that we've been given the opportunity to visit. It feels like it has been a lifetime. I think the girls are going to crack their Nana up because they are non-stop energy balls.
As for work:My Dad entered me into the MLS Database as a co-lister. So I staged the house, took calls for showings, and I'm holding an Open House today. We have already got 1 offer on it. It was low but a good sign because it has only been listed for a week. So today will be a good day for back up offers.
As for Sarah; she had her first Dentist Appointment last Thursday. She was very excited about it. We went because she had a loose tooth from chewing rock solid candy. She also has three cavities so she has to get them filled in a couple of weeks. She did very well and was very happy with her princess toothbrush that she got from the Dentist.

Stuff

So it's been a while since I last posted. I've just been excited by facebook and twitter. I actually really like facebook. It's so cut and dry and more people that I know are on it. Besides that not much has been going on.
I took a Realtors' Orientation Class; it was ok and a lady from Dower was there so it was neat to see a familiar face. I still need to get a business card. I'd like to get my Dad on Facebook and Twitter because a lot of realtors are starting to promote through the internet. He also has a website but we need to update it. It's a lot of fun that everything is new but I'd really like to get the ball rolling with those things.
The girls are good. Julia is 3 now which seems like she should have been 3 a while ago. Everybody would always guess that she was at least 3 or 4. Dann would say it felt like she had been 2 forever and it really did seem that way.
Sarah is a little sick today. She seemed fine until she was done playing and then she didn't even want to walk. She's been sleeping ever since we got home at 4:30 and she seems a little feverish. Hopefully she'll be better when she wakes up in the morning. I can't believe she is going to be 5 soon.
I really need to get them both enrolled in some kind of enrichment classes this summer. There is a reading program which will fall right before she starts Kindergarten and it's even in the same building. We are going to try and sign her up for that so she can be a little more acclimated for the school year.
